This is the Website and Mobile App Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (“Privacy Policy”) of Plezha MB (“Plezha”), a company registered at Krivių g. 5, Vilnius, Lithuania and we are the data controller in respect of the Personal Information (as defined below) that we collect from you. It covers information Plezha collects from users and visitors of our official website (“Site”) and official mobile app (“App”), and other online and offline products, services and experiences (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third parties you may interact with through our Services. From time to time, we parties with third parties to provide you with products, promotions or other experiences. If those third parties will receive your personal data, we will make their privacy policy available to you.
When we mention “Plezha”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy, we mean Plezha MB.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring that your experience with our App and Site is safe and enjoyable. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App and Site.
By accessing our Site or App, you confirm that you have read and understood the entirety of this Privacy Policy.
You have various rights in respect of our use of your Personal Information as set out in the “Your Privacy Rights” section below.
2. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We’re likely to update this Privacy Policy in the future and when we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of the policy. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Services, such as on our homepage, or via email or other communication. Please come back and check this page from time to time for the latest information on our privacy practices.
Previous changes we have made to this Privacy Policy are as follows:

Access to the app is available exclusively through a paid subscription. A free trial is offered to new users, during which full access is granted without charge. After the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled beforehand.
If you subscribe to the paid plan from our app, your payment information will be processed by Google Inc. (on Android) or Apple Inc. (on iOS), and such information will be used and managed by them in accordance with their own privacy policies:
We do not collect or store any payment details ourselves. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play or Apple ID account settings.
We use third-party services to manage subscription status and entitlements. These services may collect limited technical data such as user ID, device type, and subscription status for the purpose of providing and verifying access.
If you participate in user interviews, surveys or beta testing groups
Your screen may be recorded as you are using the test version of the App. This may only record your screen whilst you are using the test version of the App.
We will collect feedback from you about your use of the App and this may include Personal Information.
If you help us by completing a user interview then we may collect Personal Information as part of this process which you volunteer as part of the interview.

Our Use of Cookies:
Necessary cookies: these are cookies which are strictly necessary for the performance of our Site and App and to maintain the security and stability of our services. These cookies remember your choices to improve your experience, for example, the region you are in. Third party cookies: advertising and affiliate links. Our Advertising Partners and our affiliate links partners collect personal data from you for the purposes they disclose through our cookie consent management platform.
Advertising Partners include ad networks such as third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms.
Affiliate links partners pay us when you buy things from them or another third party after clicking on an affiliate link in our content.
Our Advertising Partners use third party cookies to serve ads to you and to target you with tailored (or personalized) ads when you are using the Services and when you visit Third-Party Sites. They also use cookies to measure traffic on the Services (for example to track ad views).

All email newsletters include the option to unsubscribe. Except for notices and communications about the operation of the Services. We will not provide your email address to any third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Anonymous data
We will anonymize or aggregate data collected through the Services and use and disclose it for any business purpose. However, no single individual will be identifiable from the anonymised details we disclose for these purposes.

We consider that the legal bases for using your Personal Information are as follows:

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
In general, your personal data will remain with Plezha but we may share personal data about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:
With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who process your data on our behalf when they provide services to us, for example data analytics, research, marketing and financial services;
With Advertising Partners to customize your experience and better tailor the services, products, marketing and advertising on our Services and on their Third Party Sites. Our Advertising Partners are companies that provide services that help us provide advertising to you. These companies may use their own tracking technologies to collect or request information about you. For more information, please see our “Use of Cookies” section.
In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company;
We may be legally required to disclose or share your personal data without your consent in some circumstances, for example to comply with a court order or law enforcement. 8. Data Security Measures
We take steps in an effort to treat your information securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. This includes encryption, access controls, and security assessments.
Unfortunately though, the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure and, as such, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to the Site or the App and that such transmission is at your own risk.
You are responsible for keeping a password which enables you to access your online account, this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

We will not keep your Personal Information longer than reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as prescribed by law.
We may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes.

We are not responsible for any damages or other harms that may arise when you leave Plezha and interact with Third-Party Sites. Please take all protections necessary to protect yourself when accessing Third-Party Sites, particularly when downloading content or making purchases.
The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on our Services with your friends or the public on social media platforms. We also use the analytics tools provided by the social media platforms to help us to understand how people interact with our social media presence, to identify trends and to carry out joint promotional activities with those platforms. For example, sometimes we agree with a social media platform that we will jointly promote certain content.
We receive aggregated statistical information from social media platforms about the performance of our posts and promoted content, such as numbers of views and kinds of viewers. This data is aggregated and anonymized by the social media platform before it is given to us.
We also use the paid advertising and paid content tools provided by the social media platforms to help us carry out advertising campaigns for our advertisers and to promote our content on the social media platforms. Again, we only receive aggregated statistical information from the social media platforms. This is information about interactions with our ads and paid content, such as number of views, number of times shared and so on.
We process information provided to us by the social media platforms on the basis of our legitimate interest in interacting with our audience on social media and using social media to promote our content.

12. International Data Transfers
